The Chatbot serves customers around the clock. - Our customer service personnel respond in our live chat on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. You can find the chat at the bottom right of the page. ## Book an appointment by phone - You can also book an appointment by phone. We are happy to help you prepare for laboratory testing and to answer any questions you may have about examinations. We can also help you select the most convenient laboratory for you. - You can reach us at the number 09 471 86800 on weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We have a call-back service from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. - The waiting times for our booking and customer service helplines are shorter towards the end of the week. The cost of a call and the waiting time is the local call charge. - We collect feedback on phone calls with text messages. Our feedback survey will ask you, among other things, whether you were able to resolve your matter and whether you would be willing to recommend our services to others. ## Cancel or reschedule your laboratory appointment - You can cancel or reschedule your laboratory appointment. - When booking, you will receive instructions on cancelling or rescheduling your booked appointment. ## Fasting and medication - Most laboratory tests do not require fasting. - Please find out in advance from the unit sending you for laboratory tests, whether the tests assigned to you require fasting and whether you can take the medicines normally before the sampling. ## Find the nearest laboratory - On the laboratory search page, you can search for laboratories by location or by the tests they take, for example. You will be sent your result by text message. ## Prices for laboratory tests - Laboratory tests are included in the appointment fees. - If you are coming in for laboratory tests with a referral from a private physician, please contact the laboratory customer service to ask about pricing. - You will need to pay an additional sampling and processing fee of EUR 26.00 for tests taken under a referral from a private physician. We will add this to the price of the tests completed. - Laboratory tests on referral from private physicians are not eligible for Kela compensation.
