With electronic letters, you will receive your information without delay. Maisa is a one-stop service for all your messages and health information.  - **Sign in to the app** or at the address [www.maisa.fi](https://www.maisa.fi/maisa/Authentication/Login?lang=en-GB). - From the **Menu**, navigate to Account Settings and select **Notifications**. - Click open the **Messages and letters** section and open**Manage Notification-Specific Settings**, then click to turn off the **“Post”** setting under Patient and Client Letters from HUS and Wellbeing Services Counties; HUS Appointment Letters. - **While here, turn on the email and text message notifications for** Letters to receive a notification when a new letter has arrived in Maisa. - In the mobile app, you can turn on push notifications. - Remember to save the changes. The option to opt-in for electronic mail applies to adult Maisa users and it does not apply to mass-mailed letters (such as invitations to cancer screenings). We send out about 1.5 million client letters per year. Switching to electronic letters will make matters easier for you while saving costs and the environment.
