The entrance to the adult and pediatric emergency departments is from the Turuntie side. Dropoff traffic can stop at any of our entrances. All our entrances are barrier-free, and the doors open automatically. ## Arriving to Jorvi Hospital --- The main entrance (entrance A) to Jorvi Hospital and the ramp leading to the main entrance was closed September 1, 2024, as the nearby construction site for the ward building expands. This will bring changes to access routes. #### Pedestrians - Entry is from entrance B on the 1st floor of Jorvi Hospital, from where you will be guided to the hospital's main lobby and to other units from the lobby. - You can also use the passageway from Espoo Hospital to enter the Jorvi Hospital. The passageway is closed during the night. #### Cars (including taxis) - Via Karvasmäentie to Espoo Hospital's parking garage P1. From Espoo Hospital, you can access the main lobby of Jorvi Hospital via a passageway. The passageway is closed during the night. - Only quick dropoff traffic is allowed at entrance B on the 1st floor of Jorvi Hospital. It is not possible to park in front of the entrance. #### Registration for an appointment - Jorvi Hospital entrance B lobby, 1st floor - Jorvi Hospital main lobby, 2nd floor Info desk and café are located in the main lobby of Jorvi Hospital, 2nd floor.   Jorvi Hospital's entrance B is located on the street level, to the left of the old main entrance. During the day, Jorvi Hospital can be accessed from the Espoo Hospital via a passageway. ## Info and registration --- Our info desk and registration are located in the main lobby on the 2nd floor. One of the service desks is low and suitable for wheelchair users. The service desks at the emergency clinic are low and accessible while seated. Unfortunately, there is no induction loop at our service desks. ## Public transport --- We recommend that you use public transport if possible when coming to visit us. There are barrier-free parking spaces also on every level in the Espoo Hospital parking garage. There is a barrier-free, indoor route to Jorvi Hospital from Espoo Hospital via the connecting tunnel between the two hospitals. The easiest place to park is the P1 parking garage, which is located below Espoo Hospital. You can drive into the garage either via the driveway ramp from Karvasmäentie or from the second roundabout on the road leading to the main entrance of Jorvi Hospital. Charging stations for electric cars are available in the parking area for our customers. Parking fees apply every day of the week, 24 hours a day. Due to the construction work in the area, the parking gets crowded at times. Bike racks are located in the yards of both Jorvi Hospital and Espoo Hospital. Majority of the racks allow securing the bike from the frame, and some are covered. ## More information on accessibility --- The elevator is adjacent to our main lobby. Restrooms for the mobility impaired are adjacent to the women’s and men’s restrooms in the main lobby. There is free space for a wheelchair only on one side of the toilet seat. The space is narrowly dimensioned. There are wheelchairs available in the storage room between the main lobby and the cafeteria. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome, but otherwise pets are not allowed on the premises.
