The Espoo unit of Assistive Equipment Center is also located in the hospital. [Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County](https://www.luvn.fi/en/services/health-services/hospital-services/espoo-hospital) is responsible for the rest of the hospital's activities. We train future health care professionals in our hospital. Students may participate in your care with your permission. The volunteers offer unhurried encounters and are committed to confidentiality. They are there for you when you need advice on navigating in the hospital, someone to talk to, or peer support.
