# Child Psychiatric Ward, Töölö Keywords: - [child psychiatry](< /en/search?q=child psychiatry >) In the Child Psychiatric Ward, we examine and treat children aged 6–12 years who are in need of specialized psychiatric care. The Child Psychiatric Ward offers 24-hour child psychiatric examinations, evaluation and treatment on weekdays from Monday to Friday, for children aged 6–12 years who are suspected to have or have been diagnosed with a mental health disorder. Referral to treatment requires a child psychiatric outpatient referral.
