We treat, for example, acute and profuse cases of gynecological bleeding and pain, infections of the reproductive organs and acute problems related to pregnancy. If you are a gynecological patient, as a rule, you need a physician’s referral to access treatment. If you don't have a referral, you need to call the call-back service beforehand. In the Emergency Department, we only handle urgent matters that cannot wait. If you’re calling about an appointment, please contact the outpatient clinic responsible for your care during office hours. The call-back service is open 24 hours a day. We will call you back as soon as we can. The call-back service is intended for urgent gynecological issues, and urgent issues during pregnancy and after pregnancy. You can also contact the call-back service in urgent issues relating to a newborn baby, meaning a baby under 2 weeks of age. If you’re at or after 22 weeks of gestation, the system will direct your call to the delivery room.
