Patients referred to the outpatient clinic include - patients who are suspected of having an inflammatory rheumatic disease (rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, systemic rheumatic diseases, and vasculitis) - patients whose inflammatory rheumatic disease you want to exclude - cases where you need a position on the activity or treatment of rheumatism. Examination and treatment is available upon a physician's referral. We will usually implement treatment in cooperation with primary health care, where we will refer the patient for further monitoring in case an illness is in a quiescent phase. Our Rheumatology Outpatient Clinic does not handle any emergency care activities.
